Apache HTTP Server not available

Each time I try to install TimeTrex it goes through the installation process then crashes with a windows message that the Apache HTTP Server is not available. Any input on next steps will be appreciated.

What version of TimeTrex are you trying to install?

At what point during the installation does it crash?

Do you currently have Apache installed, or another web server installed on the computer?
