Message deletion problem

Neither I nor any of my employees are able to delete any of the messages from our Timetrex inbox. We were able to delete them till early last week, but we are unable to delete them now.

We are on Timetrex 2.2.16.

Only the original sender of the message can delete them.

Oh! So I cant delete anything from my inbox?

If I delete whatever messages I have sent from my "sent" box, will it delete from the inbox of whoever has received it? What happens if I delete from my sent box before the receiver reads it?

Thats correct.

If you delete a message before its read, then the person will never see it.

We recommend that you don't delete any messages unless absolutely required.
