Bank Institution

I would like to display the Bank Institution (Name) while editing bank information for the employee.
What changes would I need to make in the source files?

Going from answers to similar threads it seems we can not enter Bank Institution name into system or am i missing something here?

Can we use Routing number to enter Bank Name( by converting it to alphanumeric field) as i am not sure how much relevant it is to non-usa companies(i may be wrong here).
