Login help

Hi. I just registered the administrative user and added 5 employees on my computer. When I went to the login on demand website on the employees computers and tried to log them in it said wrong username or password? I couldnt even log myself in on there computers. Am I suppose to install the software first on their computers then go the the online login website? What am I doing wrong? Thank You.

If you downloaded TimeTrex Standard Edition On-Site and installed it on one of your computers, you need to connect to that computer to login from then on. Your other employees can also use their web browsers to connect to that computer without having to install TimeTrex on more then one computer.

If you try to login to TimeTrex On-Demand from our website, it will of course fail, because our On-Demand service is a paid service if you want us to host the software for you.

On-Site and On-Demand are two completely different systems.
