The maximum amount of Accural time off an employee can roll over at the end of the year is 120. However, this is a new polcy so many employees started this year with our old policy of 240 hours. Now it will not let anyone continue to accure time if over 120 hours. However, they earn their 240 and deserve it until the end of the year when they can only roll over 120.
Is there a way for ppl to continue to accrue even if over 120?

Yes, v3.0.5 of TimeTrex introduces a maximum amount to rollover value separate from the maximum annual accrual amount that you can set that should meet your needs.
