Late Status

Dear all,

need your help, how to show from summary report only for late Attendees

in my case : my office will start 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

is it possible to show only the one who punch in after 9.00 AM ?? so we can know who is late

if not can i show from the summary ( for late attendees ) with different colour ??

There isn't any way to filter based on if an employee is late or not.

The best way to see if an employee is late is to enable the proper exceptions in the exception policy, then use TimeSheet -> Exceptions.

Btw how can i implement our schedule : our schedule is starting at 9.00 AM ( punch in ) and finished at 5.00 PM ( punch out ) since i can not see start working time and finished working time on pay periode schedule ?? so that i can see the attendees who is late by seeing the exception list

Employee Schedules are handled under the Schedule primary menu option, Pay Period Schedules are something completely different and only handle pay period definitions. I recommend reading our Administrator Guide (Help -> Administrator Guide) for more information.
