Automatic Absences

Hi, can I set Timetrex to automatically display to report "ABSENT" or "LEAVE" whenever the employee is absent?

Display this where? Please provide more details or an example of what you are looking for.

Display in Detailed Employee Timesheet

For example, he is absent yesterday and should automatically appeared on his timesheet "ABSENT"

I'm still not 100% sure what you are looking for, but you could setup a Schedule Policy, and include an UnderTime Absence policy, which will result in the employee automatically receiving absence time for any time they work less than their scheduled time. This will then show up as absence time on the employees timesheet/reports.
