Multiple Emails for Exceptions.

If I have an employee clock in late I am sent an email. But, every time after that for that day if that employee clocks in or out, even if they are on time I get sent the same "In Late" e-mail. How do I make it only send me one email when it happens.

What version of TimeTrex are you running?

Does the employee show more than one exception on their TimeSheet?

Version 3.0.6
I am running it locally on my Macbook Pro as a test environment before installing on our actual server.
For today the employee is showing an S4 exception and and M2 exception because they aren't clocked out yet.

I got another "In Late" email this morning dated for yesterday for the same person when I turn my work computer on for the first time.
