Requests can not display

As administrator in the hierarchy list I should be able to see requests send by employees but I can't after log in. Is that normal?

To see requests sent by employees, the employees must be assigned to the hierarchy as subordinates, and you must be assigned to the same hierarchy as a superior. You also must be assigned to a supervisor or higher permission group, then if you go to Admin -> Authorization List, you should see any pending requests if there are any.
