Assuming you are using v3.0 or newer of TimeTrex, and the .SQL dump files are appearing in the main TimeTrex directory, you can simply backup the entire TimeTrex directory and you should be fine. The restore procedure is slightly more involved, but not much.

Dear Shauwn,

does it mean we can just replaced the new installed timetrex folder with back up timetrex ( back up timetrex folder ) to restore previous data ?? "Thanks in Adv"

No, you have to restore all the files, then restore the database dump separately using the restore_database.bat file and the latest .SQL file.
