MySQL Database keeps crashing

Timetrex was working fine since months, but recently the database crashes, it shows that site is offline, so I check with the database and it seems to be turned off, then I run the mysql service it works well, but just after few mins, again db crashes, the server is dedicated for timetrex application, employees are around 25, anyone has any idea?

Although TimeTrex supports MySQL, we don't recommend using TimeTrex with MySQL for this reason and many others. I recommend checking out a MySQL forum for more information.
