Is it possible to send out an email notification when a user verifies their time sheets and is waiting for manager approval?
TimeTrex does not support this functionality at this time.
Normally timesheet verifications don't happen until after the pay period has ended, so supervisors/managers should be logging into the system around then anyways, at which time they will see pending verifications.
If emails were sent out as soon as an employee verified their timesheet the supervisors/managers could get spam'd with several hundred emails in a very short time frame.
