View changes

I am testing the Timetrex Comunity Edition tool and there are certain aspects that I would like to change
For example, in Pay Stub I would only like to enter the amount of the salary to be paid
That means making changes to both the frontend and backend.
I would like to know what are the steps to follow to make changes to the frontend, because so far I have not been able to make changes to the views
Can you help me with that?
