Seperate payment transaction

I would like to ask a question which is a little bit unique.

For example, a employee have OT in march, the transaction period is 31 March.
Can I pay the OT in next transation period(30 April) rather then coming transation period(31 March)?

Not in any automated fashion. You would have to make manual Pay Stub Amendment adjustments in order to do this.
