Summary report for pay period (fica, Federal, and state tax)

Looking for a report that just shows my last peroids employees Fica, State, and federal taxes with gross wages for my accountant.

Its a single page pay stub of the employees.

Reports>>>TimeSheet Detail Report > Pay Stub Summary Report

Go to the bottom and click on the Columns
Move over desired fields
