[PATCH] Custom Fields - FTE, Manager and Classified Status

[UPDATED Version of Previous Patch]
Not sure if anyone will find this useful, but this patch adds "FTE" (Full Time Equivalency), Manager, and Classification Status (Classified/Non-Classified) fields to the employee record. FTE is plain text field, Classified and Manager are select fields.
Maybe someone will find it a useful example of how to do this AND maybe more adept TimeTrex coders can tell me if I've done anything wrong!
