Bug in Accrual

MySQL 5.0.24a
When in as Admin and using the "AccrualBalanceList.php"
1. It won't sort properly when using the arrows
2. When you click to sort it, it automatically goes to your own name instead of staying on the currently employee your modifying or view the balance for.
