Schedule Notes

I'm impressed with the few minutes I've spent playing with TimeTrex, and so far it looks like it would be a great feature to replace my company's aging and inefficient time-clock, scheduling, and calendar systems. We all wear several hats here, so one feature that we really need in addition to just scheduling an employee for a pre-defined position is to be able to add notes to an employee's shift. For example, Joe Blow may be installing a new system in Wichita Monday through Wednesday, but on Thursday and Friday, he will be providing system support in Topeka. Is there a way to add custom notes to individual shifts on the schedule so that anyone can see what each employee will be doing?
