Maintenace Jobs not Running

Hello,
I am having issues with maintenance jobs not running anymore.. The program was working fine; I don't believe I changed anything.... Including the command..
The email I get when i remove the < dev/null... is:
X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.13
Content-type: text/html
This script can only be called from the Command Line.
