Rouding policies

I have created rounding policies for our company but as far as I can see they are not actually affecting the punch times. It still give the exact time of the punch. Is there some place to activate this or what?

I have followed all of the instructions that are included but is still does not round any punch times.

They must be added in the policy group area.
