doesnt recognise user name

Hi, I've downloaded the time trex program, but it never went through the setup properly, so it thinks I've set up a user name and password but I haven't, what do I do, I can't access my own program its ridiculous.

In the TimeTrex start menu folder there is an icon for the Installer, run that again to setup a username and password for the first time.
Alternatively you can uninstall and reinstall too of course.
