OK during Step 2 System Check Acceptance, I'm getting a red flag for having an invalid version of PHP. According to the prerequisites it says PHP v5.0 or greater with PEAR whic is what I have..
Anyone know what the issue might be?
Bottom of the system check screen I can click on detailed PHP Info. I don't see anything wrong there
BTW it's a Windows XP system latest XAMPP running...

I had the same problem. Apparently there is something wrong with PHP 5.2.2. There are some posts about this in the forum but the search isn't working at the moment, and I can't find them to link.
Anyway, I uninstalled the latest XAMPP and downloaded/installed XAMPP version 1.6.1 which had PHP version 5.2.1.

You will also need to make sure that InnoDB is enabled in your MySQL before installing TimeTrex:
