The Quickbooks and general check format does not show the employees name in the Pay To section and the date format is not consistent with the company and employee date formats selected. How can I fix this?

You're checks may not be in a compatible format.

The 9209P (QuickBooks) format does not have a "Pay To" section, rather it has a: "To the Order Of" section, where TimeTrex includes the employees name and address.

As for the date format, it doesn't use the employees date preference because many banks require a specific date format for processing.

A search on Google, Yahoo and several online laser check sites does not show a 9209P Quickbooks check format. Do you have a source for these checks? The date format for the check is not a standard US date format and as such me cause confusion with some US banks.

I found the 9209 Quickbooks format on checksforless.com. Please disregard my previous post.
Thanks
