TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I am running Apache 2.2 and PHP 5.2.3 and MySQL 5.0.45. I installed TimeTrex and proceeded to the install.php page and afer being forwarded to the Requirements.php page received the following error along with a System Check Acceptance screen that is supposed to list system check items and actually lists nothing. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

With the debugging on the Requirements.php page returns the following for the TimeTrex Version:

Fatal error: Class 'TimeTrexSoapClient' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\classes\modules\install\Install.class.php on line 880

Does this file exist on your system:

C:\xampp\htdocs\classes\modules\soap\TimeTrexSoapClient.class.php

If not, then you didn't extract TimeTrex from its .ZIP file correctly.
