Multiple Job Titles

In my organization, some of our employees have multiple titles; i.e. Shift Supervisor / Scheduling Coordinator.
It would be really handy to have more than one title available for each employee. Then when you assign an employee to a shift schedule, you can choose which title/capacity they will be working under.
