Timesheet report

I am using the cloud version of timetrex. In the timesheet reports, is there no way to generate reports only for specific employees? I remember the option was there in the server version

Yes. Generating Timesheet Reports for a specific employee is possible in TimeTrex.

1. Click on the Report tab
2. Click on the Timesheet Reports icon
3. Choose a Timesheet report type from the drop-down menu
4. Click on the Setup tab
5. Click on the Fields drop-down box
6. From the left column find EMPLOYEE INCLUDE and move it to the right column
7. Click on the Report tab. You should now see the EMPLOYEE INCLUDE drop-down box
8. Click on the EMPLOYEE INCLUDE drop-down box and select the one or more employees you want to generate the report for. Be sure to select all other criteria that you need for your report, if any.
9. Click the View icon at the top left to have the report generated and displayed on your screen

As a side note, the Fields drop-down box also contains more criteria which will generate reports for other purposes.
