Inputting Historical Pay Period Data

Hello;

We are it the process of migrating our historical pay records into TimeTrex (from paper). We are doing this because we have discovered that we haven't been properly paying for Statutory Holidays. We have inputted this historical data, and have made sure to add the holiday dates to the Stat Holiday policy and have ensured that the hours leading up to and surrounding the Stat Holiday should trigger the holiday, but the holiday is not showing up on the timesheet.

Is there a step in the process that I am missing?

Have you created the historical pay periods? Pay periods must exist and the time must be assigned to them before policies can be calculated properly.
