TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I set up a Recurring PS Amendment with frequency 'each Pay Period' and starting date 08/01/2013. I did this back in July. The pay periods for the employee for whom I set up the Recurring PS Amendment are every month. So the most recent pay period was 08/01/2013 to 08/31/2013. It is now September, but that Recurring PS Amendment was not applied to the 08/01/2013 - 08/31/2013 Pay Stub of that particular employee (I have other similar Recurring PS Amendments which were not applied either).

Any idea what went wrong?
