TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I set the time approval for the supervisor to approve. I appeared the first day in the window, but not any day after that. Can someone help me figure it out? I checked the hierarchy. I included a screen shot of what it says now. It does not give you the option to verify like it did the day before.
