installation loop

I installed community version 7 on windows 7. Every thing goes well, i have got the configuration screens where i entered the company id, user password etc, also the installation script checked all the components php etc are ok. When i finished the configuration the first screen comes back with the accept button, i entered a loop without be able to finish the configuration. Please help me
