Timesheet doesn't appear

Recently upgraded to 7.2.5. Everything seems fine except one user cannot see her timesheet. User is able to punch in and out, but there's no timesheet table. It's just a blank white space. Blue bars appear below white space but under Branch, etc., its value is 0. The bars do not expand either. Appears as if there is no data to display therefore the timesheet is never created. Running reports validates that the punches are saved in the system. Payroll runs fine. No other user has this issue. Cleared all filters in the view. Logged in on multiple machines, under multiple browsers with the same result. Other machines can display other users timesheets. Have reset all her hierarchies. All user preferences and information seem identical. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

In order to assist you further please provide a screenshot (without any cropping) of the timesheet being affected.

Just for fun I logged into the timetrex as user, changed url to legacy interface and her timesheet displayed fine. Below is what I see in the flash version just a big white area.

Try changing your date format by going to MyAccount -> Preferences, and pick the first date format, then save and try viewing the timesheet again, does it fix the issue?
