Nightly Hours Breakdown

Hello.
Does someone knows how to correctly set a policy to track the night shifts?
For example :
A employee that work from 4pm to 12am the breakdown should be:
5 Regular hours
3 Night hours.
8 Total hours.
I have set up a premium policy called "Horas nocturnas" based on date/time criteria.
But when the time is set in the timesheet the breakdown is as follow.
8 regular hours.
3 night hours.
The total time is 13 hours.
I have read the note about hte premium policy in the User Manual.
So how can I complete this task?.

Red pen : Wrong breakdown.
Blue pen : Correct breakdown.
