How to have access on other computers??

Good afternoon,
I need some assistance with how to access our account from other computers. I have initially installed this software on one computer but I need two other computers to have access to this system for clock in purposes without creating new company info. When I downloaded this software on the other computers it would not accept my user name and password already created on another computer. Please help!
