TimeTrex Time and Attendance

We are planning to move from an old Timetrex installation on a Ubuntu server to a Windows based installation. Can anyone provide me with the commands for backing up the Ubuntu based DB to use for the Windows installation? I am not very familiar with the Ubuntu commands but I can follow instructions.
