TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I selected the fields in step 3, one of them being "Group". When I try to import the file, it stated that the "Permission Group is invalid". I created a permission group called "Mentor". In the .csv file the "Group" column has "Mentor" as well.

A group within the "Group" module in the "Employee" tab is also titled "Mentor".

I am not sure why the Import Wizard is saying that the permission group is invalid.

Any suggestions?

Under Employee -> New Hire Defaults, do you have a permission group selected?

It actually did not have a permission group selected in the new hire default tab. I selected the permission group, its is working now. Thank you!
