How can I change the dependants claimed by an employee? All I see is filing single, married w/o spouse filing, and married w/ spouse filing? Where do you set dependants like children?

You can find it under Employee -> Employees, Edit the employee record in question, click the "Tax" tab, then edit the "Federal" or "State" income tax records.
