TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Hi There, I am trying to install TimeTrex in my godaddy hosting account. I followed all instructions in read me file but got stuck where it says to edit the file and to check the paths are correct. really dont know what to do there.Secondly, it instructs to point out your directory to install/install.php which i tried but wasn't acceptable. Any help and suggestion is appreciated.
