TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I have PHP 5.2.0. But while installing it is giving Erro like UnSupported(V5.2.0)
Please help how to overcome this problem

PHP v5.2.0 is unsupported at this time. Unfortunately it contains code that conflicts with TimeTrex at this time. We are working to fix this issue for v1.4.0 due out in early December.
