How would I use a premium pay rule to deduct regular time? Example: We give what we call "overtime" to employees before 9am, how can I setup a rule to turn any hours between 9pm and 9am into overtime? Ideally I could just setup a premium rule with a negative to remove regular time - I can get it to work as a positive number, but is there a trick to deduct time from the regular hours?
