Remittance Report

When I try to print a monthly remittance report, Report>Tax Reports>Remittance Summary, and either click "View" or "PDF", no data is printed. The report itself looks fine, but no figures under the columns. The report setup looks fine as well! Any ideas? Thanks!

Can you please attach an example report so we can see what is being output, also what version of TimeTrex are you using?

In the Remittance Summary report, click on the "Form Setup" tab and ensure that you have the proper Pay Stub Accounts selected for each field there, be sure to click the "Save Setup" icon when done.

Are you having problems with any other reports, such as the Pay Stub Summary report?

Can you please enable logging in your timetrex.ini.php file, delete the log file, run the report again, then attach the log here?

I don't see anything out of the ordinary in your logs, and I'm not able to replicate the issue on our test systems here either. Can you send us a screenshot of your Form Setup tab please?

We would need to investigate this issue further, is it possible for you to give us remote access to your TimeTrex server to do that?
If so, please download our remote access tool here:
https://www.timetrex.com/r.php?id=unattended
Install that, then email the Partner ID to
support@timetrex.com, and reference this forum post. Also include in that email the TimeTrex administrator username/password.

It was a conflict with the way locale/currency formatting was handled on your system with TimeTrex v10.0.0. Our developers will issue a workaround in future versions.
