TimeTrex with Different Hardware

I want o buy "TimeTrex Business Edition On-Site" however I want to use it with different fingerprint Machine from NAPCO which I already have. Does the current version supports that or it only supports the TimeTrex Figerprint Machine that is offered at your site. Is there is a way The current TimeTrex version supports NAPCO hardware.
