OK , this sounds kinda crazy and it happened once before and so I fixed it and ignored it, but now it has happened again so I need to address it.
We are using TT Community version 11.0.2 automatically installed on a windows server in the USA - ohio.
At some time either the night before, or the early morning of, all the shifts of one day were shifted later one hour. I can manually change them back to the correct time. Some of the shifts are reoccurring, some were not.
Any ideas?
Scheduled Shifts on one day were pushed back 1 hour
Re: Scheduled Shifts on one day were pushed back 1 hour
Under Employees -> Preferences, are all of your employees set to the same timezone? Is that the same timezone that is set on your server?
I assume you aren't able to replicate the problem at all, correct?

sorry i just saw this reply. All the employees are sent to the same time zone, which is the same as the server. Correct, I cannot replicate the problem. It has not happened again since this original post though.

In the timetrex.ini.php file, there is a "system_timezone" setting, make sure it is specified and matches the server timezone.
