Hi,
I am unable to add Vacation absence for later next month because the Schedule hasn't been populated.
Is it possible to control how quickly this gets populated? Can I force it to ensure at least a year ahead is populated? Would that mean I would need to recalculate if a shift pattern changed within that year?
thanks,
Phil
Schedule not populated for next month
Re: Schedule not populated for next month
You can add scheduled shifts/absences anytime in the future, regardless of if recurring schedules are populated or not. For example you could go ten years in the future and double click on a blank schedule cell and add an absence for an employee.
If you want to see recurring schedules further into the future, you can go to Attendance -> Recurring Schedules, edit the recurring schedule records there and set the "Display Weeks" to something higher.
