I have an accrual policy for vacation time setup. However it doesn't seem to work.
TimeTrex running on Windows XP

So what I want to happen is everyday an employee works they get 0.0192 hours of vacation. for the first year effective the first day of work.
Here are all the screen shots that I thought were relative.
right now all it shows is the initial i have put in at 32 hours. i thought it might just need to wait til after the pay period ends but it still has not updated.

Just to clarify, hour based accrual policies are based on the number of hours worked, not the number of days worked.
You also have the maximum accrual set to 0 for each accrual policy milestone, so TimeTrex will never exceed that value. You will need to increase that to something else before employees can start accruing time.
