Cache, Storage and Log Directories with two installs

Writable Cache Directory: (c:\temp\timetrex)
Writable Storage Directory: (c:\timetrex\storage)
Writable Log Directory: (c:\timetrex\log)
Could there be potential problems if I use these three directories as the same directories for two separate and concurrent timetrex installs on the same server?
