database stuff

Post by clive »

Hi, i work alot with MSSQL (i know, i know, yuk!) but am obviously experimenting with other SQL TYPES with playing around with TimeTrex. now after installing TimeTrex, i am not really sure about anything PostgresSQL or MYSQL in the way of table formats or how it works etc. can anyone lead me in the direction of information for beginners with this regard? to that end, how the database for TimeTrex is created, or even an ERD for it. any help appreciated.

The best place to start is the PostgreSQL or MySQL official sites. They both have great resources on getting started.
