"New message waiting in TimeTrex" but no new msgs
"New message waiting in TimeTrex" but no new msgs
Multiple people are getting "New message waiting in TimeTrex" email messages some days however there are no new messages to be seen. Is this supposed to happen when one keeps messages in their inbox? If not, what else could be causing this?

Email notifications for new messages are only sent out when a new message is sent to an employee, or a new message was added to a thread that they have participated in.
Messages can also be attached to requests of course too.
Depending on how your email system is setup, these messages may also be delayed, so by the time the employee actually gets them, they have already viewed the message in TimeTrex, so its already marked as "read".
