We purchased the standard addition, I need to track specific pre setup tasks for my engineers. This I have done by using the department field to load the different tasks. This was helpful because i saw that you can actually connect a resource to specific tasks, meaning that i don't want everybody to see all tasks created.
However this function is not working as a profile created can see all tasks not just the tasks allocated.
What can i do to ensure that resources can only see tasks allocated to them.
