I want to set up a policy that awards staff 1.66 days per calendar month.
There are no milestones needed for this policy, but if I choose, 'Standard' it gives me no option to input the formula I need. I don't think it intiutively knows to accrue 1.66 a month, so how do I align the Standard option with my company policy?
You need to use a Calendar Based accrual policy with a single milestone that is active after 1 day of service. The milestones are what determine the accrual rate, so you need at least one milestone.
