I believe they are assigned properly because when the "End of Pay Period" is calculated, the correct hours and days are applied to the correct employee.

Timesheet View for Admin
I have seceral different Pay Periods Fri-Thurs (1wk), Sun-Sat (2wks). When I look at the timesheets it only shows the Fri-Thurs view, which is also my Pay Period. Do I have to have a different ADMIN long-in for each pay period?

terminated employees
I have a terminated employee who keeps showing up on my timesheet exceptions. The other terminated's do not. His term. date is is Nov. 2009.
Why do the terminateds still appear on "My Timesheet". Can I stop this? If so, how?

I recently downloaded the newest version of Time Trex.
Before the upgrade employees were able to verify their timesheets. After the upgrade, the system tells us we need to verify the timesheets but the tabe to do so is no longer there.

I have no rounding policies, but there is always a rounding up difference between the TIMESHEET and the PAYSUB.

I am a new user. I want payroll to calculate from the EXACT time on the time sheets WITHOUT rounding. I cannot see how to accomplish this. Is it possible?
